Exchange

Cheryl Saban glassware may be exchanged within 15 days for another Cheryl Saban glassware of equal or greater value.

Any custom orders are all sales final. No exchanges will be accepted. Should there be any discrepancies or damaged items, please contact customer service within 5 business days of receiving your items.

 

To initiate your exchange, please email us at csd@saban.com with the following information:

  • Your full name
  • Your order number
  • Let us know which item(s) you would like to return
  • Let us know the reason for the return

After we receive your return request, we will provide you with a shipping label via email for your package. Please allow up to 5 business days from the date we receive your package to process your return. Once your return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email including the total amount refunded. Please note that original shipping charges, i.e. expedited, etc. are not refundable. Please allow your financial institution up to 10 business days to post the refund back to your original form of payment. We do not offer exchanges at this time. Please place a new order on the website to ensure the item you want does not go out of stock! We’ll refund you for any items you wish to return as long as it falls within our Return Policy and Items Care Policy.

In order to receive an exchange the items must be in the same condition that you received, and shipped back in its original packaging. 

  

Items Care Policy

We do not recommend dishwashing any Cheryl Saban Glassware.

Shipping

We offer complimentary ground shipping for orders under 10lbs! (see shipping fees for orders over 10lbs)

All of our products are sent directly from our shop in Beverly Hills, California. We strive to ship all orders within one business day. Business days are Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. All orders placed on Friday after 3pm PST will be shipped the following Monday (or the next business day). We currently ship only within the United States. Please contact us for additional information regarding international shipping at csd@saban.com.

*Please note that we only ship to business or residential address and do not ship to P.O. box addresses.

 

Shipping Fees

Orders weighing over 10 lbs will incur a shipping fee of $10.00. We offer the option of UPS expedited shipping, which is 2nd day delivery to most metropolitan areas.* UPS Expedited shipping for orders weighing under 10 lbs is $20.00 and for orders weighing over 10 lbs is $30.00.* All shipments are insured and upon shipment we will provide you with the tracking information. *Some expedited shipping deliveries to and from certain locations may require additional time in transit. Please reference ups.com for additional information.

We gladly accept customer orders for select glass pieces!

See something online and it’s sold out? Need multiples of our one of a kind pieces? Please send us an email at csd@saban.com with a url link of the product to request a custom order. All of our pieces are one of a kind and handmade in LA so please keep in mind that the product size, color pattern or shape may vary slightly. Please note that we require a refundable deposit of $100 and depending on the quantity of the order, we may require a non-refundable 50% deposit of the total order. We do our best to turn orders around as quickly as possible. Please allow 4-8 weeks for all custom orders. Depending on the  quantity of the order, we may require extra turnaround time. Have more questions? Email us at csd@saban.com

 

FAQ

I live in Los Angeles and I would like to return an order I placed online. Can I stop by The Shop On Nemo to return an online order?

Yes! Please feel free to come by our Beverly Hills shop to initiate your exchange. We can process your exchange here.

 

I received my online order in the mail and the item came damaged. What do I do?

We’re sorry to hear about this unfortunate event and we’re here to make it right! Please email us at csd@saban.com with an image of the broken item and we will take care of the rest!
