Cheryl Saban glassware may be exchanged within 15 days for another Cheryl Saban glassware of equal or greater value.

Any custom orders are all sales final. No exchanges will be accepted. Should there be any discrepancies or damaged items, please contact customer service within 5 business days of receiving your items.

To initiate your exchange, please email us at with the following information:

  • Your full name
  • Your order number
  • Let us know which item(s) you would like to return
  • Let us know the reason for the return

In order to receive an exchange the items must be in the same condition that you received, and shipped back in its original packaging. 

Gifts and Promotions

  • Any Cheryl Saban item that has been gifted or received with a promotion is non-refundable and does not qualify for exchange.  
  • All sale items are final sale.

Items Care Policy

  • We do not recommend dishwashing any Cheryl Saban Glassware.


All of our products are sent directly from our shop in Beverly Hills, California. We strive to ship all orders within five business day. Business days are Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. All orders placed on Friday after 3pm PST will be shipped the following Monday (or the next business day). We currently ship only within the United States. Please contact us for additional information regarding international shipping at

See something online and it’s sold out? Need multiples of our one of a kind pieces? Please send us an email at with a url link of the product to request a custom order. All of our pieces are one of a kind and handmade in LA so please keep in mind that the product size, color pattern or shape may vary slightly. Please note that we require payment in full when placing a custom order. We do our best to turn orders around as quickly as possible. I live in Los Angeles and I would like to exchange an order I placed online. Can I stop by The Shop In Beverly Hills to exchange an online order?

Yes! Please feel free to come by our Beverly Hills shop to initiate your exchange. We can process your exchange here. Items can not be exchanged for custom orders.


I received my online order in the mail and the item came damaged. What do I do?

We’re sorry to hear about this unfortunate event and we’re here to make it right! Please email us at with an image of the broken item and we will take care of the rest!
